What to wear?

Post by JanetandNick »

It's the time of year to start thinking about what to wear for the muddiest event of the year, the Wild & Woolly motocross race.
Any suggestions or requests?

For head to toe protection and enjoyment you gotta have a one piece karting wet suit. The thick clear pvc types are absolutely the best.

I think I might try the £9.99 suit first to see what it's like, before ordering the €99 one (which does look good, I admit).

What boots, guys?

I was vaguely thinking of "investing" in one of the slightly more expensive PVC-U-Like one piece suits, such as
http://pvc-u-like.com/proddetail.asp?prod=SU10ms
Perhaps in silver, with my black riding boots?

Alternatively, a radical idea would be

I saw the bottom Chinese suit the other day. The PVC-U-LIKE suit looks good indeed. Silver and black sounds good as would maybe the yellow £9.99 suit with boots!
We await the video and photos with anticipation!

There are some great overalls posted there. The most expensive ones of course look the most effective. What I had in mind, were the clear pvc ones that are used to show sponsors through the pvc material. They also have elastic wrists and leg areas, particularly effective to keep the wet and mud out. They are truly waterproof..you can hose 'em off. Examples below:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Alpinestars-C ... uW31sutBow

I personally have some examples of these to market if there is any interest.

You'd look stunning in the pvc-u-like suit either in the silver or black matt...especially with your boots on as well. Here's hoping for some pictures and/or video of the event. Gary.
