Rainwear activities

Hey,
I was wondering if anyone has taken up any hobbies or activities so that they can get in their rainwear / wellies / waders more often?
I've recently taken up fishing which means I regularly get dressed up in chest waders and waterproofs - and often long rubber gloves to handle the icky bait! I don't care if I catch any fish, and sometimes I don't bother using bait - but it's a great feeling to stand in the sea in waders on a rainy day just enjoying it.
I also do a bit a gardening - growing my own veg etc and can get away with overtrousers, wellies and rubber gloves. My wife actually encourages me to wear this gear as it cuts the washing bill ;o)
I've also started learning about river ecology (only through websites etc). There's nothing better than messing around in the river with chest waders and rubber gloves on! I look like I'm taking a few measurements, looking at rocks etc and write in the folder. Also messing around in the estuary mud looking for fishing bait or doing a survey is perfectly normal - it's great!
The best thing is that no-one takes any notice if you're carrying a net and clip-board, or fishing gear - I could wear a full wading suit and no-one would think anything of it.
I now have most of my gear proudly on display at home too - rather then hidden away. My wife knows that I have a thing for getting dressed up and she doesn't take any notice if I put on waders for a fishing trip or even to work in the garden or wash the car...
Does anyone else have any hobbies where they need to get suited up? I'd be interested to hear!
