I just thought I would throw this in there and see what happens. The thing is, I find I have had a change of heart and I wondered if this had happened to anyone else, or if it is maybe quite a common thing? Historically and almost to date, my favourite colour has always been shiny black, no questions asked. There is just something about shiny squeaky black PVC which I utterly adore. But recently, my thoughts have changed, possibly due to a recent acquisition. I now find crinkly creaky shiny see through blue a much more beautiful colour, so vivid and cheerful and bright. Does anyone else experience these colour changes? Am I maybe just slightly odd? It would be fascinating to know.

There's certainly nothing odd about that! As a rule, I like yellow rainwear the most, possibly because that was the most common colour of rainwear I came across in my earlier years, but nowadays it's become less of a factor compared to the feel of the material, if there was a choice of colours of a particular rainsuit in the same material I would probably still edge towards yellow, but if it was only available in other colours and the feel of it really appealed to me I'd still buy it
