Do they look like these. I've seen them in Lidl France but I couldn't actually work out in what situation they are designed to be worn. The sole is just the thin plastic material with no tread pattern and It says they are 'compatible with all normal shoes' so are they expecting you to put a pair of shoes over the top of them and go wading into a river!

These are known as stocking foot waders and are most popular in the US, not so much here in Europe. They are meant to be worn with trainers or wading boots, I have 2 pairs of the same kind of thing, 1 thick, smooth and shiny pair by Sportsmans' Choice I got from the US and the other pair are by Snowbee in their Hi Elastic 'Classic' thick PVC material with a slippery smooth inner surface, both are a real pleasure to wear against the skin, I've had lots of fun in both :)

Oh come on Gaz don't be naive, it's for when you're just too lazy to be bothered to find a toilet you just let it flow, I wonder how many days 'waste' you can actually get in the pants before they split, is there any mention of capacity on the packaging?

Maybe we can suggest those to our relative instead of our usual Rukka Pee Pants. I just try to imagine the look on his face upon telling him !
