What a pity that one or two enthusiasts are publishing stories etc which are bordering on pornographic.
Of course rainwear has sexual connotations for all of us, but to many the allure is also of a sensual as well as sexual nature.
I am sure that too much vivid porno descriptions do nothing to encourage the ladies to join in with stories and discussion - surely that is what we all want.

I totally agree with this.
I get turned off as a woman big time from commenting. It's becoming a lot more porn related.
I just agnore it. But it is a shame.
I love rainwear fashion and sometimes a giggle or two with my partner in PVC or latex but it gets abit sick and revolting on here at times.
Oh well each to their own.

Hi Debs
I understand what you're saying and its a real shame that such content put you off commenting especially as you are one of the few females who do comment
I really love rainwear fashion and the chance to do rainwear related photo shoots but I avoid the 'stories' section these days because of some of the lurid content, I'm not really interested in third rate, badly written porn dressed up as experiences
As you say 'each to their own' but its disappointing if it stops people using the site

I rather get the impression that some of the guys on here just look upon women as objects to play with and dress up as they so wish, if the women in question are happy with that life then good luck to them, its their choice after all

Whatever happened to all the descriptive accounts of normal everyday rainwear sightings ?
I just wish some people who have it seems, record collections of pvc and rubber raingear would wear them in public more often.
There is nothing more exciting than testing out a new raincoat in public, with the expectation of meeting perhaps others who enjoy being sensibly dressed.
I do think that there are many more females out there who share a healthy interest in how rubber, pvc and other clothing makes them feel but unfortunately bad press, television and what seems a universal growth in Internet sex sites probably cause women and some males equally, hesitation to make their thoughts or comments public, even in a well run forum such as this site.
A sign of the times I think.
For what must be at least ten years that I have enjoyed this site , I think the overwhelming majority of posters here sincerely value the comments and contributions that females have always made and they should not be put off by a minority or indeed by some stories that border on the depraved, unfortunately.

Rather than rant it might be better to explain what you are referring to
"!well that's not got any sexual context to it has it?" What hasn't??

I seemed to have opened a can of worms, but I still feel that sexy need not be pornographic.
After all we all love to see a lady dressed in mackintosh - imagination can be very sexy without nudity or crude terminology.
