Unfortunately, El Corte Ingles only has stores in Lisbon, and most of Spain. They don't have international branches.

What are these PU macs like to wear? I love rainwear made from 'noisy' PVC (which is typically the glass clear and shiny vinyls with a glossy and 'sticky' surface- think of how clingfilm adheres to itself), but how does this shiny PU mac compare to its shiny PVC counterparts? Is it noisy and 'sticky'? I recall clear PU raincoats sold by a US-based store (Target?) a few years back. They were incredibly noisy and 'sticky', but I never managed to procure one.

We have several PU macs and they are my favourite. Ours are from Rainmac.com mostly and are good quality. They are not sticky and dont crackle like pvc they rustle. They have kept their shine well and my partner says they are very comfortable where as she finds pvc macs less comfortable.
In the end it's down to personal choice but having used both we would go for pu every time.
