Just noticed that New Look have reduced some of their rainmacs from a frankly ridiculous price to a much more reasonable £14 - £18
I managed to get the checked one in my local store in a size 16 but they had 18's as well.
I bet you can guess what's happening tonight when I get home!!
Which ones did you like Mason? The solid red, blue and yellow ones? Still lots of those in store so I reckon they will be reduced in the next few weeks.

How do the clear PU raincoats- which appear to be in vogue these days- compare to clear PVC? I love the noisy, clingy/sticky, soft, glossy/shiny and rubbery PVC loaded with phthalate plasticisers (softeners). The PVC aroma associated with newly purchased PVC rainwear gets me going, too; I only wished it remained on the garment for longer! Such rainwear is no longer as commonly encountered as it used to be, much to my frustration. I have never bought PU rainwear before, so I thought I'd enquire with fellow rainwear enthusiasts before I decide on a purchase.
Just bought one of these Black Gingham Check Clear Anorak size 18 they feel really great when worn the plastic is so rubbery I was so amazed to find these for sale in a little sea side town near Bristol I just had to buy one they had other sizes still available as well. http://www.newlook.com/shop/womens/jack ... _514350809
