Frustrating - almost no PVC sightings on a rainy day

It was a very wet and rainy day in Munich, Germany. Lots of tourists with PE capes and thin flimsy ponchos.
Went to the Olympic stadium to see the Coldplay concert. It was raining heavily, raining cats and dogs.
Most of the audience (70.000 !!!) wore Nylon, Goretex, PE Capes, but no shiny or matt PVC macs.
No PVC coats at all !!!
Many rubber boots, and southwesters, but NO vinyl or pvc macs.
What a frustrating evening...

Sorry to hear that Rainfash, pop over to Edinburgh, last Tuesday I saw two lovely shiny blue coats, one full length (with a matching rainhat) and the other knee length and I also saw three bright yellow jackets and one lovely long shiny black mac.....talk about it being a HARD day lol
