do women's raincoats have a different hood or collar design than men's or unisex?

I think all manufacturers will have different style hoods. But the hoods I guess would be unisex. The length of the sleeves of a ladies mack are too short for my liking. The buttons are the other tale tale feature.

I have a red bormax and the hood feels very small while the collar goes above my chin.
