Rain jacket for men

I want to buy rain jacket like this: must be longer, with PVC on the outside, not too shiny, must rustle loudly. And must be on mail order. Any suggestions?

The CP171 series from FunPlastic fit me well. The XL will fit me at 6"-" tall (~180 CM),and I am a large guy, at 270 lbs, or ~125 kilograms. My arms are long, and they will add 6-10 cm just to the arms. These fit me very well. The CP171TMC (transparent) is very nice material.
